I hope that everyone enjoyed a wonderful Thanksgiving! We did our very best to eat as if it was our last night on earth. Oh, did we try.
The day was a small but no less meaningful celebration of thanks with just Jesse and I. As much as we are looking forward to next year and larger family gatherings in the future there was something so perfect about our little table for two. We've had a big year together (including my first solo attempt at cooking a turkey) and good grief I am so thankful for this man and the life that we have together!
Yes, a table for two was just right.
